Do I need an account? Some features are available without one. Signing up keeps your work, lifts guest limits, and lets you use MarketingMaterials.ai from any device.

How do I cancel or change my plan? From your account settings, or by emailing support@marketingmaterials.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How do I delete my account and data? From the app where available, or by emailing support@marketingmaterials.ai from your account address. Our Data Deletion Instructions describe exactly what is removed.

Is the content AI-generated? MarketingMaterials.ai uses AI (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google). AI-generated content may contain errors; treat it as a starting point and double-check anything important. See our AI Disclosures & Safety Policy.

How is my data handled? See our Privacy Notice and Data Policy. Privacy questions go to privacy@marketingmaterials.ai; security reports to security@marketingmaterials.ai.
